These Terms and Conditions govern your registration for and participation in the AI Advantage event (“Event”), operated by AI Advantage (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for the Event through https://aiadvantage.club/, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not complete registration.
1. Event Registration
Registration grants one individual access to the AI Advantage event as described at the time of purchase. Registration is non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the event organizer.
Event details—including speakers, agenda, format, location, and schedule—are subject to change.
2. No Refund Policy (Critical Term)
All event registrations are final and non-refundable.
By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inability to attend
- Scheduling conflicts
- Travel disruptions
- Illness or emergencies
- Dissatisfaction with content or speakers
- This applies to in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, as well as early-bird, standard, and last-minute registrations.
You are responsible for ensuring your availability before purchasing a ticket.
3. Transfers and Substitutions
Unless otherwise stated, registrations may not be transferred to another person. Any approved transfer must be requested in writing and is granted solely at the discretion of the event organizer.
4. Event Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to:
- Modify the event format (e.g., switch from in-person to virtual)
- Adjust speakers, agenda, or timing
- Change the event location
If the Event is cancelled by the organizer and not rescheduled, our liability is limited to the registration fee paid. No additional costs (travel, lodging, lost income, etc.) will be reimbursed.
5. Intellectual Property
All event materials, recordings, slides, handouts, and content are the intellectual property of AI Advantage or the respective speakers.
You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the Event without prior written permission.
6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to a professional, respectful environment.
We reserve the right to remove any participant, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Disclaimer
The Event is for educational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding business results, financial outcomes, or performance improvements.
You assume full responsibility for how you apply any information presented.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Advantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance or participation in the Event.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the event organizer operates.
